- Take a bowl add mince mixture, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, boiled potatoes, green coriander, onions (which soaked in lemon juice), egg, chopped green chillies. Now mash all these and mix well..
- Now make shape of kababs and at that point you can freeze them also..
