  4. Add your potatoes.. Cut them into small cubes so that it cooks fast.
  5. When it is almost ready,add in your vegetables... Taste and see if you need to adjust seasoning.
  6. Stir cornstarch into a little water and add it to your curry...it helps thicken your sauce....add a little more water if need be and let it simmer for a while.
  7. Serve with naan or a starch of your choice.
